General Information about Your Right to Apply Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”). as a data owner in accordance with the article ALKANLAR GROUP TIC. ltd. Şti.you can make the following requests by applying to the (“Company”):
To find out whether your personal data has been processed or not,
If your personal data has been processed, to request information about it,
To find out the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, (4) To find out the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made in this context to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,
Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion, destruction or anonymization of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing disappear, and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,
To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Our company is registered under Article 13 of the Law No. 6698. based on the article, it will finalize your application as soon as possible according to the nature of the request and no later than thirty (30) days.

Application Method

Your requests within the scope of these rights are subject to Article 13 of Law No. 6698. article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. in accordance with the article; You can forward it to our Company in writing or by using a registered electronic mail (PEP) address, a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature, or your electronic mail address that you have previously notified to our Company and registered in our system.
